General Conditions

Please note that the full payment is due upon booking. We require a 3-night minimum stay during the peak months between May and September. There will be a $75.00 cleaning fee that is non-refundable under any circumstances.  It will be the renter's responsibility to report any damages to their rental cabin immediately upon check in, otherwise, if new damages are discovered after check out, a $500.00 damage fee will be charged to the renter.

Pets are allowed in the cabins on the condition that the owner is responsible for their pet. Please keep your pet on a leash in crowded common areas, especially where there may be elderly persons or small children playing. Any pet-caused damages inside the cabins will result in a $500.00 damage fee to the registered renter.

Watersport rentals are available throughout the property on a first-come-first-serve basis. As there are limits to availability, please be mindful of other renters and remember to share.

The following conditions will apply to all cabin rentals: 

  • There will be no smoking inside the cabins

  • There will be no drug use anywhere on the property

  • There will be no parties inside the cabins

  • There will be no loud noises after 11:00PM

  • Any additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy allowed in each cabin will be charged $10/night per guest.

Bullying and Harassment

 

At Eagleview Cottages, we have a zero-tolerance policy with bullying and harassment on the property. If there are any renters, or guests of renters, causing intentional harm, whether verbal or physical, to staff members or other renters on site, they will be removed from the property immediately with no refunds. If any intentional damage is caused to the property such as vandalism or theft, there will be a penalty fee of $1000.00.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

​

Please note that all rentals are non-refundable during the peak season months between May 1st and September 15th. You can cancel without additional penalties and receive a full refund, less 5% + GST for the convenience fee up until April 30th. Refunds will be given via electronic funds transfers (EFT) through the bank. The same policy will also apply to holiday weekends.

 

In special circumstances, at the discretion of management, a partial refund and re-booking of your stay may be permitted.

 

Cancellations up to 30 days during the low season months between September 16th and April 30th will receive a full refund, less 5% + GST for the convenience fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days during the low season will result in a penalty fee of 30%.
